The Inner Journey of immigrant women

Women are the central subjects of the project and the choice is connected to the contemporary phenomenon of the feminization of migration.
The theme arises from the fact that there is not a wide literature that considers the personal psychological processes of migrant women, while extensive is the bibliography relating to male migration from a sociological point of view, social and political. The inner journey wants to highlight the successes of self realization of immigrant women from different backgrounds in the Netherlands.
